In a Nikkiso canned motor pump, the pump and motor share one sealed, leak-proof structure built to API 685. Part of the pumped liquid cools the motor and lubricates the bearings. The pumps match DIN EN ISO 2858 dimensions, so they can replace existing standard chemical pumps.
