The MR gearbox is a parallel shaft helical gear design with a minimum 30,000 hour L-10 bearing life and an oversized output shaft. It offers shaft speeds from 7 to 380 rpm without auxiliary reducers or electronic drives. Its cast iron housing has a double lip seal, and its gearboxes and mountings are interchangeable with the Chemineer Model 20 HT and GT. MR agitators can be beam mounted for open tanks or flange mounted for closed tanks.
