Bionomic packed scrubber systems are factory run tested packages that need only minor assembly and utility hookups on site. The VentClean system scrubs storage tank and railcar vent emissions at 0 to 1500 acfm, in four model sizes, using once-through water or a recirculated reagent such as sodium hydroxide, and can exceed 99% removal. ScrubPac custom skid-mounted scrubbers cover 50 to 100,000 acfm for acid, ammonia, VOC and fume scrubbing. The ProClean Type CT tower (500 to 25,000 acfm) packages a Series 5000 counter current packed tower with its pump, piping and controls, so it needs minimal field labor to install.
