Nozzles

Gaskets

Agitator system BE:

Shaft seal

  • Double mechanical seal assembly of cartridge design for quick replacement, side dismantling without removal of gear with thermometer and pressure gauge

  • Pressurising and lubrication unit with thermosyphon circulation complete with hand-pump for topping up

Glass-Lining

Test and inspection of the glass-lining to DIN 28063

  • Visual inspection - Thickness control of the coating 

  • Statiflux (electrified particle test) 

  • Spark test to ISO 2746 - For vessel and accessories, at 20.000V immediately after glass-lining. For vessel and accessories, at 12.000V prior to shipment


The supply includes

  • Glass-lined protection ring for the manhole 

  • Spring-assisted lifting device to open the manway cover 

  • Sight glass 

  • Light glass.

OPTIONS

  • Bottom outlet glass-lined valve, stem design, manually driven or pneumatically driven or pneumatically actuated.

  • Agitating nozzles in the jacket inlets to increase the circulation velocity of liquid media in the jacket.

  • Glass-Lined tip with platinum mini-tip melted into glass for a fast-response 

  • Temperature probe, which can be combined with the electrodes for the continuous glass control probe (RP probe)

  • Control probes = Temperature: 2xPT100 completely glass-lined or by tantalum tip - pH or redox

We manufacture glass lined reactors according to DIN 28136. Type AE up to 6300 l, Type BE from 800 l to 32000 l and Type CE from 1600 l up to 32000 l. Reactors are glass lined with premium highly acid corrosion resistant glass G2208, available in blue, light blue, white and TransLucent (100% metal free) for HAPI and heavy chemical duty. BE type reactors are equipped with PressLock radial and axial stirrers, solutions available for high viscosity, multi-purpose API reactors, gas dispersion, solid suspension and high turbulence. Glasscoat offers reactors for hydrogenation, cryogenic reactions and reactors for installation in clean room. Full range of probes available for temperature, pH, level measurement and sampling.
